Interstate 17 in Arizona, Mile Marker 322 near Mormon Lake Road.
This driver reports: "Bear sits on a dirt track that crosses the median, just south of the Munds Park exit - saw him on two occasions, facing in different directions. The northbound lanes run downhill and curve right, so you get very little time to see him. However, my BEL 550 picked up his Ka-band signal in plenty of time. Southbound, spotting him is a bit easier."
