Interstate 20 in Alabama,  Mile Marker AL 174 near Exit 173 and the Talladega Super Speedway.

Kevin says Bear sits in the heavily wooded median usually facing the Eastbound traffic.  The trap is probably relevant to Talladega SuperSpeedway, where drivers have been watching professional NASCAR drivers turning speeds of over 200 MPH and visitors feel like speeding a little as they exit the park.
