Interstate 20 in Georgia, Mile Marker 130 near Eatonton, GA.
This driver reports: "Eastbound. Eight of my last ten trips, there has been a trap. Most times a county sheriff. Only one time a state trooper. All ten trips have been since December 2001. Most current is July 15, 2002. Definitely fund raising going on here. No concern for safety, it is totally deserted out there. Officer will always be hiding on the ramp to merge on 20 eastbound."
