Interstate 20 in Texas, Mile Marker 370 thru 420 in Parker County, TX.
Parker county is noted for being strict on speeders and has always had a Bear patrolling the Interstate. We first identified them in 1995 and now have a confirmation update from Phil in 2002.
Phil reports: "The only speed limit sign is at the county line on each side of the county. The speed limit across Parker county is 65. They have received the new laser guns and are behind the trees on the edge of the roadway. They were completely across the county on December 27, 28, 29 30 2002. Must be trying out their new Christmas toys."
