Interstate 4 in Florida, Mile Marker 55 near Lake Helen Exit, FL.
This driver reports: "ON
June 28th,2002, I saw 6 highway patroler's around
the Lake Helen exit. 3 on the east bound side
and 3 on the west bound side. All had vehicles pulled over within a 2 miles
stretch.
"
