Interstate 40 in Tennessee,  Mile Marker TN 292 near Cookeville TN.

Jim reports: "I-40 eastbound starting at mile marker 292E thru 297E is a 5% grade uphill and there is a lane restriction for truckers. the posted speed is 65 mph and some truckers doing 70 to 75 mph and passing slower trucks will get pulled over for being in the passing lane."
