Jeffey reports: "Through Construction, mainly East-Bound, Knoxville Police will catch people going over the insanely low 45 MPH Speed Limit.  Very Frequent." 

Construction zones have workers at risk and commonly have reduced speed limits.  The construction zone is usually only for a short distance so slow down.  The Bear Trap Guide supports reduced speed limits in construction zones.  These speed traps are to protect workers and not generate money.
