Interstate 43 in Wisconsini,  Mile Marker 143 half way between Newton and Cleveland WI.

Phil reports "Bear is hiding and usually watching both directions.  Phil feels Bear is watching for the weekend tourist, but he may be there all week.  Looking on the map it is a perfect place to make time when traveling between Manitowoc and Sheboygan
