Dave reports "Watch out when Alpine Valley has concerts. Every method of speed control is used, plus they are on the lookout for other violations, TRUST ME!"

I guess we can assume that concerts attract younger drivers and possibly faster drivers.  Bear knows what he is looking for --  drivers with deep pockets.
