Interstate 43 in Wisconsin, Mile Marker 106 near Belgium, WI.
This driver reports: "They lurk on the Hwy D over pass and use laser to clock the NB lanes. Northbound I-43 from Port Washington to Sheboygan, the pavement is marked with wide white lines. Unmarked units hide on the ramps and use VASCAR. Unsuspecting NB motorists do not realize they have passed the hashmark until it is too late."
