Interstate 55 in Illinois, Exits 109 near Williamsville IL.
This driver reports: "I live in Springfield and the trap goes in both directions they put a cop car at the top of an overpass and line cop cars up on both on ramps and as you drive under the bridge they tag you and radio a car to pull you over. They call them wolf packs."
