Interstate 55 in Illinois,  Mile Marker IL 178 Southbound on the bridge across the Vermilion River near Lexington IL.

Bob reports Smokey is on the "southbound side on bridge."  near the town of Lexington

Looks like the little town of Lexington IL has determined the value of the driver's dollar is worth more than public opinion of Lexington.  We see the game they are playing, increase revenue under the guise of a bear trap.
