Interstate 57 in Illinois,  Mile Marker IL 230 near Interstate 80.

"UPDATE TO PREVIOUS REPORT-----Interstate 57 is now under construction north and southbound from 127th street exit to I-80 speed limit is now 45 mph. The Bears are there BIG TIME!!!!"

 

Bert reports" I have seen them use all types off speed detection (including aircraft) from marker 350 to interstate 80 most common will be southbound.  There will be several marked/unmarked chase cars. This is a 55mph zone."
