Interstate 70 in Colorado, Mile Marker 35 in East of Grand Junction.
This driver reports: "I-70 Median. CSP patrols the area near Mt. Garfield between the Horizon Dr. and Pallisade exits regularly. The speed limit is 75 here but most traffic is at 80-85 watch the median when cresting hills"?
