Interstate 70 in Ohio, Exit Number 10 near the Eaton exit.
This driver reports: "At mile marker 4 across from rest area State troopers normally 3 units patrol heavy Mon.- Thurs. Friday-Sunday they are there only occasionally. Between mile marker 14 and 15 The Lewisburg exit, they are about always there. They are not normally tricky, they are in marked cars in the medium."
