Interstate 71 in Ohio, Exit 121, Mile Marker 125 near Columbus OH.
This driver reports: "State troopers patrol north and south bound traffic especially at rush hour. There are occasions where one state trooper will clock from the overpass at exit 121 (Polaris Parkway) at the traffic from either direction on I-71. Columbus Police also patrol this area."
