Interstate 55 in Illinois, Exit 82 near New Berlin IL.
This driver reports: "I live in Springfield and the trap goes in both directions they put a cop car at the top of an overpass and line cop cars up on both on ramps and as you drive under the bridge they tag you and radio a car to pull you over. They call them wolf packs. They usually only do these traps at the end of the month or on hollidays"
