Interstate 81 in West Virginia,  Mile Marker WV 10 south of Martinsburg.

Sharon reports Bear sitting in the median 3 miles north of Tabler Station Road.

Sometimes Bear is 1/4 mile farther North behind the tree on the hill and the car roof can be seen from the first point.
