Interstate 84 in Pennsylvania Eastbound near Bloomington Grove under bridge at Exit 8 or in one of 3 U-turns.  This is the traditional surprise situation where Bear hides behind a bush or under a bridge.  Radar detectors are a good defense in this type surprise situation.
