Interstate 85 in Georgia,  Mile Marker GA 66 near Union city, GA.

Andrea reports: "I pulled off for gas and got caught in a school zone, but beware that school zones or 30 over the speed limit require your presence in court regardless of how far away you really live.  The people at the gas station came over after he left to tell me how much they hate the cops there." Andrea did not mention if she was on or off the Interstate Highway.
