Interstate 87 in New York at Mile Marker 33.3 near Exit 16

This Driver reports: "Northbound on I-87 in Saratoga County New York cops us the wooded area on the left of milepost 33.3 to hide and zap folks from the front and back using Ka-band radar. It is so well hidden that you will only see the trooper at the last second if you are lucky. The local judge is an ex-trooper so good luck!"

Simon says Bear is sitting low in a clearing in the woods on the side of the highway.  There is a gentle curve to the left just before you're surprised.
