Interstate 90 in Massachusetts at Exit 23 Eastbound in the Copley Tunnel.

Lee says Bear is sitting inside the Copley Tunnel in 2 different places.  First look for Bear near the merging ramp and again near the tunnel exit on the right hiding behind the pillars. This is the surprise situation discussed in my book.
