Interstate 90 in New York,  Exit 40 Westbound 4 to 6 PM Weekdays.

Mike reports Bear sits on the overhead bridge using either radar or laser.  There are 2 other bears lined up on the westbound "git on" ramp like taxies at the airport ready to chase you down.  Mike says you can see Bear on the bridge early enough to slow down if you look on the left (South) side of the bridge
