Interstate 94 in Indiana,  Mile Marker IN 15 leaving Gary. 

Jim says; "Siting in the middle, eastbound side. 1st time I've seen any bear at that location"  This Bear is probably assigned to Lake County and will not wander too far East unless you give him a good reason. Yet he is outside the Gary City limits.

Construction zones have workers at risk and commonly have reduced speed limits.  The construction zone is usually only for a short distance so slow down.  The Bear Trap Guide supports reduced speed limits in construction zones.  These speed traps are to protect workers and not generate money.
