Interstate 94 in Michigan,  Mile Marker MI 134 near Jackson MI.

Jim reports "It's on the eastbound side just past the underpass, on the right side. Mr. Bear is looking  at you! Exit 139-141 thru Jackson the speed limit is 55 for all vehicles on I94. I was going thru there about 2:30 AM."
