Interstate 94 in Michigan,  Mile Marker MI 198 near Romulus and the Detroit Metro Wayne Co. Airport.

Jim says; "Sits in the middle between mm 198-197. Run thru there going wetbound btween 24:30 & 01:00"

Construction zones have workers at risk and commonly have reduced speed limits.  The construction zone is usually only for a short distance so slow down.  The Bear Trap Guide supports reduced speed limits in construction zones.  These speed traps are to protect workers and not generate money.
