Interstate 95 in Delaware, Mile Marker 5 near Rest Area.
This Driver reports: "Look for state trooper sitting a few hundred feet from the (Official Use Only) crossover just south of the service plaza. Once the ol' bear nails somebody he will switch over from southbound to northbound. Another tip is he will sit in the service plaza. So watch out!!!"
