Interstate 95 in New York,  Exit 14

This Driver reports: "Watch out coming up I95 by the Conner Street exit bears sit on top of overpass and radio in local bears.  Once you go over overpass more bears wait on the other side to see you flying over it. Do speed limit till you pass exit 16 then you are home free.  There out all day"  Bears are creatures of habit.
