Interstate 10, Exit 12 in Alabama near Theodore AL.
This Driver reports: "New interchange construction at about mile marker 10.5. State troopers sometime try to hide there as well. The usual spot though is at an unmarked turnaround near mile marker 12." Bears are creatures of habit.
