Interstate 10 in Mississippi, Mile Marker 20 to 34 from Kiln to Gulfport MS.
This Driver reports: "Two to three police with vehicles pulled over over about 20 miles from Gulfport to Kilm, MS on I10 all hours. Most are marked black/white county cars. One unmarked, white SUV often on West bound exit ramp at the Menge Ave." Bears are creatures of habit.
