Interstate 25 in Colorado, Denver Area.
This Driver reports: "Much of I-25 (and other highways) in the Denver city limits has the speed limit at 55 MPH while surrounding areas have the speed limit at 65 MPH. Bears will randomly pull over vehicles driving in the left-most lane and write them up for 65 in a 55. This is a $112.50 ticket and 2 points if you take the plea and pay within 20 days. Otherwise it goes to $132.50 and 4 points. To be safe, just drive in the middle or right lane and you won't get a ticket when the lanes are fairly full." Bears are creatures of habit.
