Interstate 81 in Virginia, Mile Marker 70 near Wytheville VA.
This Driver reports: "Poppa Bear sits on top of the overpass know as Maitland Boulevard. All the baby bears are lined up underneath the overpass. Poppa clocks them and the baby bears catch em. By the way, the bear who writes you the ticket, doesn't have to be the one who clocks you. Trust me." Bears are creatures of habit.
