Interstate 40 in California, at Water Road CA, MM 115.
This Driver reports: "Historically Bear has been 10 miles East on the Needles grade, but recently they have been reported several times at Water Road. You may find them in the median, or 200 ft south of the road"
Bob reports; "Bear is under the overpass at Water Road, probably to stay out of the hot summer sun."
