For years we have seen Bear patrolling the truck stop in Rolla, now we have the Trouper asking us to slow down and buckle up. "The Troopers that work out of the Headquarters are the best in the area, much less the State. Slow down, buckle up, and have a safe trip across the State. Take your time."
