Interstate 5 in Washington, Mile Marker 275 near Canadian border.
This Driver reports: "Approaching Canada border on I-5, speed limit changes from 60 to 35. The signs are NOT very noticeable. An obscured automated device reads vehicle speeds, and over the hill, police round up LOTS of cars. I received a $247 ticket for doing 61 in 35, two cars next to me were also caught (July 03). This is reportedly a big revenue stream for the town/community of Blaine." Bears are creatures of habit.
