Interstate 64, Mile Marker 59 in Franklin County, KY.
This Driver reports: "While Traveling West bound on I-64 just before the 58 Exit Ky State Police and Franklin Co. Deputy Sheriff's sit in the median lights out and nail every one. Major speed trap on this roadway through Franklin Co." Bears are creatures of habit.
