Interstate 64 in Missouri, Exit Number 30 between McKnight Road and Clayton Rd, Exit 29.
This Driver reports: "the City of Ladue, a suburb of St Louis, likes to sit on westbound 64 between McKnight Rd (exit 30) and Clayton Rd (exit 28), especially beyond the crest of a hill just after Mcknight Rd and around the turn just before Clayton Rd particularly at night. Good news-their cars are white or light blue Crown Vics."
