Interstate 66 Mile Marker 53 near Centerville, VA.
Driver Bob reports: "Just East of Route 28, trooper parks in median and picks off traffic in both directions. West bound traffic crests a slight grade so can't see him until it's too late. Has been a favorite spot for years." Bears are creatures of habit.
