Interstate 75, Mile Marker 0-75 near London, KY.

Smokey reports: "I being a "Bear" find it funny that there is no mention of any traps in the area of mm 0 and 72 of I-75.  There is 3 very used VASCAR spots in this 3 county area of the London State Police Post.  I am not saying where, but if I keep you wondering maybe you will make my job easier."  Bears are creatures of habit.

David reports: At MM 18, The Bear trap is only used southbound and you cannot see the bear until it is too late.  Every police agency uses it from the Kentucky State Police to the Whitley County Sheriff's Department"
