Interstate 77, Mile Marker 77 near Fairfield, SC.
This Driver reports: "An unmarked white Chrysler was constantly passing me, then slowing down to below my original speed (therefore I'd have to pass him again) this happened for approx 20 minutes @5.30am sat 27th November 2004. I was doing 70-75 in a 70 zone and we gradually got going quicker and quicker until I passed him at 95, then came the Camaro! It's a bullshit call they claim to book me at 100 and gave me a $375 fine. " (Was this a set up?) Bears are creatures of habit.
