Interstate 80 in California, Mile Marker 205 near Truckee.
This Driver reports: "There is a CHP officer who always drives one of their white patrol cars. He sits in Sierra County just before the California/Nevada State Line. The speed limit in CA is 55 MPH and he likes to sit within one mile of Nevada hoping to catch truckers building up their speed into Nevada (where the speed limit is 65 MPH)."
