Interstate 81, Mile Marker 27 near Emory VA.
This Driver reports: "Median set up, most effective on Northbound traffic. Local County deputies are getting $25.00 per hour on their off duty days just to write tickets. VSP wannabes set up at the 27.5 mile marker." Bears are creatures of habit.
