Interstate 85, Mile Marker 70 in Georgia near East Point GA.
This Driver reports: "Cops sit on entrance ramps between Hartsfield airport and junction with I-75. Posted speed limit on this stretch is 55 mph. If you see cab drivers going 55, you should do it, too. I got caught going 80 (late for flight, of course) and my fine was almost $400. If East Point busts you, they ONLY ACCEPT CASH, and you must bring it to their dismal little courthouse. Don't even bother trying to find out if you can mail it in. All of you out-of-towners in your airport rental cars, please take special heed. This little town SUCKS." Bears are creatures of habit.
