Interstate 85 in South Carolina, Mile Marker 100 near North Carolina State border.

This Driver reports: "When southbound, just after exit 100, HP hides out on the right shoulder just behind the RR bridge over I-85."  Bears are creatures of habit.

Since this is near the State Border, this Bear Trap may be part of a drug interdiction program.
