Interstate 85 in South Carolina, Mile Marker 65, Exit 66 near Greer SC.
This Driver reports: "Bear sits on the shoulder of I-85 NB near MM 65. This stretch of I-85 is rural between Greenville and Spartanburg, but the speed limit is only 60. My best advice to anyone traveling NB is to slow down once you pass the BMW plant, and don't speed up again until you enter Spartanburg and the highway widens. Oddly enough, once you enter Spartanburg, the speed limit increases to 70. South Carolina really needs to rethink its speed limits on I-85."
