Interstate 86 in New York, Mile Marker 77 near West Windsor NY.
This Driver reports: "Bridge over highway makes for a good set up. Usually they have a blazer or Tahoe from the Sheriff or Troopers sit on top of the bridge and clock people. Then they have the runners to ticket the cars they pick, sitting on the on ramps. If there is a vehicle stopped on the bridge that means they probably have a speed trap set up." Bears are creatures of habit.
