Interstate 94 in Michigan, Mile Marker 237 near Mt. Clemens MI.
This Driver reports: "he sets up on the west bound side at the beginning of cement wall in medium catching west bounders coming over the over pass. He's between the 236 and 237" Bears are creatures of habit.
