Interstate 94 in Wisconsin, Mile Marker 244 to 293, Madison to Waukesha.
This Driver reports: "(9:00-10:00pm Wednesday) Cruisers with radar on median crossovers every 10 miles or so from Waukesha (just west of Milwaukee) to a few miles east of Madison. It appeared there was also an air patrol plane above. Many drivers pulled over."
