Interstate 95, Mile Marker 61 near South Newport GA.
This Driver reports: "Unmarked trooper on overpass picking off south bound traffic - probable VASCAR. No radar or laser warning. Five troopers wait about 1/2 mile beyond ready to stop and issue tickets." Bears are creatures of habit.
