Interstate 95 in New Hampshire, Mile Marker 1 near Seabrook NH.
This Driver reports: "Radar in northbound lane manned by men in yellow hard hats looking like surveyors. Detector on tripod. Standing behind SUV with flashing yellow lights. Four chase cars north of detector." Very Clever! Now we have yellow bears.
